Furstenfeld is a small ancient town located in the East of Styria, Europe. It is eminent all over the world because of the outstanding educational centre and trade facilities. One can visit this place any time of the year, but preferably during spring time as this town blooms during this period. There are several places of interest located in Furstenfeld. The most famous and exotic ones are firstly, Parish of Furstenfeld and secondly Landesfurstliche Burg Schloss am Stein. If we talk about the parish church, it’s a magnificent piece of European architecture built by the renowned architect Leopold Ainspinner. This beautiful church was built in honor of St John the Baptist between 1773 and 1779. Whereas Landesfurstliche Burg Schloss am Stein is a splendid castle which was built in 1170 by the extraordinary architect Margrave Ottokar IV. This castle depicts the tremendous importance of tobacco as the local agriculture was highly depended on it. The beautiful sculpture and the architecture have stolen the hearts of the masses and have made it very exquisite all over the world. It’s one place that every living human being must visit at least once during their lifetime.
